How will the item be packaged? Will it be discreet?Veolabs prides itself on its discreet and secure packaging. There are no distinguishing marks on the package to indicate it had been despatched from Veolabs Limited. The item will arrive in a completely plain and non see through package.
What will be displayed on my credit card statement?If you purchase a test from Veolabs, the name 'Veo' will appear on your credit card statement. There will be no mention of .
How anonymous is my test result?When you order from Veolabs you will receive a unique client code and customer id number. You will need these to enter the automated result service which can be reached 24 hours a day on our website and is updated with results every five minutes.
Only you and Veolabs Limited have the combination of client code and customer id number to access your result. There is no other way to view the result on-line and the result is never accompanied by your name and address or any identifyier which can be linked to you directly. You will not receive any emails from Veolabs Limited which includes confirmation of sale emails. This is to protect your identity and prevent any trace of the transaction on your computer. You should print the transcation success page displayed on your computer if you wish to keep a record by pressing ctrl-p.
My login shows my result is not ready?
Veolabs uses state of the art PCR technology to perform your test. We endeavour to complete the results according to the time stipulated on our website however tests can only be put on our analysers at the time they reach our laboratory. As this is somtimes disrupted by the postal service, the time stated is consistent with its arrival at our laboratory and does not take into account any postal transit time. Your test result will show Lab received if the sample is being analysed and the test result will be available shortly.

Other test results may show as a 'Your test is ready' notice with a telephone number to call to receive your results explained by a trained nurse or medical practitioner.
How do I receive a copy of the registered laboratory report to show my doctor?When your result is available, the page you are viewing will show a 'send report' button. If you select this option your results will be posted to you, however this will require your 'anonymous' details held in our server to be combined with your result on the report produced.
How long is my result available for viewing on-line?
Your result will be available for 7 days afterwhich all details will be removed from our secure server.
How do you take blood?
Unlike our urine tests which are a simple 'pee in a pot' sample taking, a blood test requires that the sample is obtained by trained personel.
To accomplish this for your convenience, Veolabs has access to private hospitals and doctors around the UK.
Simply call the number on our testing kits and supply your post code and you will be given the number of your nearest clinic where you can conveniently make an appointment for a trained nurse to take the required blood sample.
Alternatively one of our specialists can travel to your home or work to obtain your sample for an additional cost which can be selected on check-out. Ask the operator on our helpline for details.~~~732~733~~
